Our starting prices include Kaycan Timberlake series siding. Kaycan offers an excellent variety of colors and styles including D-4 Marquis, D-5 Elegance, and D-5 Contessa. Color samples available upon request.

Windows
Our most popular window is a single hung vinyl window with grids. Silverline is made by Anderson, a partner of the Energy Star program.
We install Overhead Door's Banner Collection steel doors with opener and two remotes. Our standard two car garage door is 7 feet high and 16 feet wide.
Interior Doors
Our interior doors are standard six panel hollow core Masonite. They come with 2 1/4" trim and brushed nickel hinges.
Air conditioning/heat
Goodman Heat pumps are the industries most efficient air conditioning/heat system and a partner of the Energy Star program.

Hardware/Fireplaces/Kitchen
We include one full run of 16" wire shelving in each closet and one in
laundry room. We also include one toilet paper holder, two towel bars
or two towel rings or any combination for a total of two. Bath hardware
has a chrome finish. We include one full square or beveled edge mirrior
